Snapper Rock have created a range of premium wines that truly express the unique terroir and maritime climate of New Zealand. To make their wines they have leveraged off the local knowledge of two of New Zealand’s most talented young winemakers, David Clouston from Marlborough and Hayden Penny from Hawke’s Bay. Using fresh fruit driven styles of winemaking pioneered in the New World, they create wines that reflect the varieties best suited to that region of New Zealand.
The Ward Valley is the last frontier for grape growing in Marlborough. The fruit for these exceptional wines, comes from an elevated site in the barren hills south of Seddon in Marlborough's Awatere Valley. This special wine delivers an intense purity and a smokey characteristic that is unique in Marlborough, and indeed New Zealand.
Perched on the eastern Martinborough Terraces, family-owned Pirinoa Road harnesses the best of nature’s bounty, carefully crafting wines of the highest quality from their 25-acre Pirinoa Road block. Martinborough enjoys hot summers, long dry autumns and stoney terrain which has resulted in this boutique growing region gaining worldwide acclaim for Pinot Noir, yet conditions also synonymous for elegant fruity and oaky Chardonnays.

Three Wise Birds is a New Zealand style cider crafted from some of natures finest apples grown in the sun soaked Hawkes Bay, then deliberately aged, to create what is crisp, clean and refreshingly dry.
The reasoning behind the cider is bloody brilliant, wise even: Apples make cider - the bay grows great apples - they use these apples to make great cider.
Grown amongst the lush cherry orchids of Central Otago, this fragrant and spicy Pinot Noir has vivid aromas of black cherry fruit on the nose with herbal undertones. The palate is mineral driven with fine spiciness underpinned by sweet fruit.
Great by itself or enjoyed with venison, duck and turkey.
